🛍️ Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only. This allows you to find something else that fits you just right.

📅 Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or scents

  • In original condition, with all tags (including any Doughhound tags) attached

  • Footwear must be returned with the original shoebox, undamaged and without postal labels

  • Handbags must include any dust bags or original packaging

🚫 Final Sale & Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE

  • Intimates, stockings, earrings, hats, hair accessories

💌 Additional Notes
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the criteria above, we may return it to you at your expense.
